Who's behind this

Sukhla Path was built by two people with real experience on both sides of starting a business. One of us is a CFO who has worked with businesses of every size — from small, family-run companies to a company listed on the London Stock Exchange — so the financial, tax and structural guidance here comes from someone who has done it in the real world. The other is a serial entrepreneur who has started several small businesses and sold them profitably — so the practical side, what it's actually like to begin something and make it work, comes from someone who has lived it. We're not a faceless content mill, and we're not a get-rich-quick course. We built this because the honest, step-by-step guidance we wish first-time founders had didn't exist at a fair price.

What's actually checked right now

The startup costs and income figures behind every match come from our own researched catalog, checked business type by business type — not generated on the fly and not guessed by the AI. When the AI writes about your match, it's only allowed to use those real numbers, plus your own quiz answers. It cannot invent a dollar figure: a hard check runs on every AI-written response before you ever see it, and rejects anything that doesn't trace back to real data.

What we don't have yet — and why we won't fake it

We don't yet have a verified, state-by-state registry of exact filing fees, form names and deadlines — that's real work we're building next. Until it exists, the AI is under a strict rule: it will never state a specific state fee, form name, tax rate or deadline as fact, for any state, even a plausible-sounding one. Instead it stays general ("most states require…") and tells you plainly to check the official source. We'd rather tell you we don't have your state's exact number verified yet than invent one that sounds right.

What the AI won't do

Decide your tax elections. Give legal opinions. State a specific government fee, form or deadline before we've verified it. In each case, it says plainly what it isn't able to answer yet and points you toward checking the official source or talking to a professional.

When we're wrong

We correct the record and log it here, in public, with the date: our corrections log. If a correction affects something you've already read, we tell you.
